This is based on a sound knowledge of the applicable law coupled with a firm grasp of procedural requirements set out in the Civil Procedure Rules. We assess our client’s case holistically at the outset and provide sound advice to enable a determination of all options, including the merits of alternative dispute resolution.
Our strengths are that we:
- Research the applicable law thoroughly to obtain a sound knowledge of same before rendering advice
- Give our clients frank, unbiased and unblemished advice
- Determine whether litigation or some form of ADR is proper in the circumstances
- Are able to chart a strategic litigation plan that best serves the client’s interest
- Review in detail the opposition’s case and (where possible) take pre-emptive action resulting in dismissal/resolution of matters at an early stage, for example in abuse of ex-parte mareva injunction cases
- Undertake in depth research coupled with advanced preparation and timely filing/compliance with court imposed/CPR timelines
